• Hotsync: Administrators can sync Palm observations to the PC. Future improvements will include the ability for multiple administrators to sync to the same database in a central location.
• Configurable Observation Sets: Administrators can create and edit the observation items that the program uses.
• Multiple Observation Sets: Administrators can use multiple Observation Sets by simply loading a new set and syncing.
• Password Protected Observation Sets: Central administration can create the Observation Set, password protect it, and distribute it for building administrators to use.
• Report Component: Observation results can be reported for individuals, by grade level, or by subject. Multiple observations can be combined in one report.
• Data Hosting: All data is hosted on your machine or on your server, so you always have complete control.
